Chuck Cronin, Head Age Group Coach - Chuck has been a main stay at the Y for thirteen years now. His deep knowledge of stroke mechanics and great motivational skills helped propel the 9-10 girls to become Y New England champions in 2001. His dedication and hard work have earned him the respect of swimmers, parents and coaches alike.

Sue Roycroft, Junior Group Coach - Sue returns for her fifth year with the Lightning coaching staff. She works great with the younger swimmers, and has extensive knowledge of the sport as a swimmer and a coach. Sue has also coached the Milford High School boys and girls teams as well as the Middleboro YMCA.
